We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from LUNYRA Cosmetics. If for any reason you are not, you may be eligible to return your products under the following conditions.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving your order without giving any reason.

  • This right applies only to unused, unopened, and undamaged products in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

2. How to Request a Return

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

  1. Contact us at support@selfnamed.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

  3. Wait for confirmation and instructions from our support team before sending the product back.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product was delivered incorrectly or damaged upon arrival.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item(s) are received and inspected by our team.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days after approval.

  • Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable, except where required by law.

5. Damaged or Faulty Products

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately at support@selfnamed.com with photos and details. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

6. Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products;

  • Products not in their original condition or packaging;

  • Items returned after the 14-day period.
